After Woodside was completed, Standard Pacific began Parkside Rancho Arbolitos. Parkside's first home was completed in 1988. Parkside is made up of about 416 homes and features six floorplans, with each floorplan available in one of three elevations (A, B or C). Elevations are pictured below. All images were taken directly out of the original sales brochure from the 1980s.
