Woodside Rancho Arbolitos marked the beginning of the Rancho Arbolitos community when the first home was constructed in 1984 (on Treecrest St). Woodside is made up of about 394 homes and features five main floorplans, with each floorplan available in one of three elevations (A, B or C). Elevations are pictured below.
